Ingredients
- 8 date, pitted Dates, medjool
- 201 grams All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1 serving Egg
- 3 1 serving banana
- 170 grams Total 2% Milk Fat
- 10 grams Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 120 mL 2% Milk
- 2 1/2 bar Salty Organic 70% Cacao Dark CHOCOLATE, Salty
- 1 tbsp Dark Chocolate No Sugar Added Baking Chips
- 0.25 cups Sweeteners, sugar substitute, granulated, brown
- 7 grams Butter
- 1 1 Tbsp. HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract

- 2 bananas (preferably ripe)
- 8 pitted dates
- 120ml (or 1/2 cup) of milk
- 170g (or 1 cup) of plain greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 201g of flour (or 1 cup and 10 tbsp)
- 1 sf chocolate bar ( i used hu salty dark chocolate)
- optional
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of sf chocolate chips
- 7g (or 1/2 tbsp) of butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute (i use besti)
- 1 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
- 105g (or 1/3 cup) halo top vanilla ice cream
- notes
- - the additional 3rd banana in optional i just added on top before i baked you can omit for less cals
- - you can sub flour for oat or almond if youre gf
- - you can sub milk aswell for any lactose free milk
- probably even water
- - for the toffee sauce i kinda eyeballed how much brown sugar substitute i put because it doesnt rlly matter its 0 cals
- - u can use any type of date but if you use smaller ones id double the quantity
- recipe
- 0. heat oven to 350 degrees farenheit and line a bread pan w parchment paper or spray w nonstick spray
- 1. heat milk until its just ab to boil
- 2. soak pitted dates in the milk for ab 5 mins or until tender and mashable
- 3. mash 2 bananas until pureed, its important to make sure its not clumpy!
- 4. add mashed bananas, 2 eggs, yogurt, and olive oil to date mixture.
- 5. add flour and chopped chocolate bar DO NOT OVERMIX, mix until flour streaks in batter disappear
- 6. top with chocolate chips, extra banana if youd like and bake for 35-40 mins (you'll probably need to bake longer if your oven is weaker)
- toffee sauce (makes 2-3 servings)
- 1. add butter and brown sugar substitute to a small pan on medium heat and let it melt all the way
- 2. add heavy whipping cream
- 3. mix until bubbling stops and it is the consistency you want, then turn off the heat. you can always add more heavy cream or brown sugar substitute to adjust the texture
