prawn dumplings

Ingredients
- 350 grams Shrimp
- 25 grams Spring onion
- 5 tsp Ginger root, raw
- 3 cloves Garlic, raw
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum KEE, Panda BRAND, Premium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp, grounds Spices, pepper, white
- 5 grams Salt
- 7 foglios Rice Paper
Instructions
- NOTE: you dont have to strictly follow the numbers here but this is what i measured out for the macros <33
- ____
- 1. Chop up shrimp until it almost resembles a paste, you can also only roughly chop a portion if you want more texture.
- 2. Add chopped spring onion and grate ginger and garlic into the mix and add the seasonings to ur taste
- seasonings:
- - light/ dark soy sauce
- - white pepper
- - salt
- - cornstarch (optional)
- 3. Mix thoroughly until the paste can clump up into balls
- 4. Dip the rice paper sheet into water and cut into 4 pieces. Each piece can be used for each dumpling.
- 5. Scoop up a ball of the shrimp9 paste and place in on a piece of rice paper aftrer dipping the rice paper in water to soften and wrap up the ball to make a dumpling
- 6. Steam for 5 - 6 minutes, u can fry it if you would prefer but i chose steaming to be healthier
- 7. enoy !! use whatever dip u like, me personally i chose soy sauce :>>
