Shared by @soup_enthusiast · Makes 1 serving · Quick & easy
Ingredients
- 4 1 large egg white Egg white
- 1 large Egg, yolk, raw
- 50 grams Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Spicy Brown MUSTARD, Spicy Brown
- 1 pinchs Salt
- 2 tsp Rice vinegar
- 0.75 tsp Allulose Zero Calorie Sweetener
- 1 1 serving Wasabi Furikake
- 0.24 Tbsp Gochugaru Korean Chile Flakes
Instructions
- Cut four peeled, hard-boiled eggs in half and remove three of the yolks. Cut up the whites and remaining yolk into rough chunks, making sure to really smash the yolk around.
- Then, add in all of the other ingredients and mix well so that the yolk crumbles get distributed through the sauce.
- Serve on crunchy whole grain bread or crackers to make it a meal!
- Substitution suggestions: you can use any sweetener instead of allulose, like sugar, mirin, or a zero calorie sweetener. Just be sure to reduce the amount you use if you use a strong sweetener like Stevia.
- Cider or white vinegar will work well in place of the rice vinegar, or you could try lemon juice.
- If you don't have wasabi furikake, add a little wasabi or horseradish and some sesame seeds for crunch.
