Ingredients
- 1 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 4 tablets Canderel Sweetener Tablets
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 3 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
- 13 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Boilied water
- 1 pinchs sea salt flakes
Instructions
- this is my faaav quick dessert! i have it every time i crave something chocolatey, and it honestly keeps me so full! its fudgy, chocolatey, and takes literally a couple of minutes to make. plus its super easy to adjust depending on what you have at home.
- What you’ll need:
- * 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- * ½ tsp baking powder
- * 1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- * 4 Canderel tablets, crushed (you can use your sweetener of choice, i prefer canderel bc it doesn't have that nauseating sweetener aftertaste)
- * A pinch of sea salt
- * 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (you can use any milk you want — i just love almond milk it’s low in calories and tastes yum
- * 1 tbsp boiling water
- * 13 g Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Instructions:
- 1) add all your dry ingredients straight into your mug: flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, crushed Canderel, and that little pinch of sea salt. give everything a really good mix. you want the dry ingredients evenly combined before adding anything wet.
- 2) then add 3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
- 3) then comes this little hack: add 1 tbsp of boiling water (don’t skip this step! the boiling water is what helps give the mug cake that super moist, soft and fudgy texture)
- 4) mix everything together really well. the batter should look a little runnier than your typical cake batter, that’s exactly what you want.
- 5) stir in your semi sweet chocolate chips (i used 13 g, use whatever chocolate you love with good macros)
- 6) pop the mug into the microwave for 1 minute
- And that’s it!!
- (i like to sprinkle a little sea salt on top)
