- 1 eggs Egg

- 130 grams Self Raising Flour

Instructions
- some notes before I leave the instructions: the calories may not match depending on the brands of the ingredients that you use, and the macros might come out to be higher or lower, so please check first !! ( ꩜ ᯅ ꩜;)
- —————
- 𝓙nstructions:
- - in a mixing bowl, mash in 215g ripe/semi-ripe bananas until smooth and until there’s little to no clumps. I used an immersion blender but a fork also works fine!
- - add in one egg, 75g yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 75g powdered sweetener and whisk until everything is well combined!
- - then you can add in your 130g self raising flour (if you don’t have self raising flour, you can just add 1½ tsp of baking powder along with ¼ tsp of salt, and an additional aforementioned 1 tsp of baking powder with ½ tsp cinnamon, and mix it with a spatula(!!!) until FULLY COMBINED. I find that using a spatula for mixing in flour works better because it all just gets stuck if you use a whisk (⇀‸↼‶)
- - then finally, you can fold in 35g of sugar free dark chocolate chips. you can use dark chocolate with sugar in it as well, but that won’t make this recipe sugar free anymore, so keep that in mind!
- - now in a loaf pan, spray it with some oil to prevent sticking, and add in the mixture. spread it evenly and tap it on the counter until it’s even. (this is super important!)
- • if you’re using an air fryer, (I used an air fryer) bake at 160°C or 320°F for 35-45 minutes. (I did 40 minutes!)
- • if you’re using an oven, bake at 180°C or 350°F for 45-55 minutes.
- finally, let it cool for about an hour (be patient!!!) before cutting it into 10 slices.

- enjoy !!! you deserve it (˶ˆᗜˆ˵)
