Shared by @nanomiy · Makes 1 serving · Drinks
Ingredients
- 2.5 grams Instant coffee
- 0.5 tsp Honey
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cups Milk
Instructions
- Things you’ll need:
- - a chilled glass/cup
- - a mixer, whisk, or fork
- - a medium shallow bowl
- - some hot water
- - flavoured syrup(optional)
- - cinnamon(optional)
- - ice(optional)
- - long handed teaspoon
- Steps:
- 1) in a shallow bowl, combine your instant coffee, honey, vanilla extract, and a VERY small amount of hot water(if its too liquidy you want be able to achieve the right consistency). Whisk thoroughly until the mixture stiffens into a foamy texture(it should look like whipped cream/mousse)
- 2) get your chilled glass and pour in your ice, flavoured syrup, and milk, before scooping in your coffee mixture.
- 3) use your long handed teaspoon to gently incorporate the milk and coffee mixture together, then enjoy🫶
- Notes:
- I used full fat milk and Manuka honey, but you can substitute full fat milk for any milk alternatives(almond, soy, etc). If you don’t have honey you can also use white/brown sugar, maple syrup, or stevia(sweetener is what gives it the fluffy texture) the cal count will vary depending on the type of milk and sweetener you use
