chicken w/ chinese sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 1 serving Raw Chicken breast
  • 1 1 serving Avocado Oil
  • 1 servings Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp La Choy Light Soy Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. - cut up the chicken breast and put the pieces in a medium sized pot about half to 3/4 filled with water
  2. - put the baking soda in the pot with the chicken and let it sit for about 15 mins
  3. - while it sets combine the soy sauce and brown sugar in a bowl until well blended
  4. - (OPTIONAL) completely rinse baking soda off with cold water and pat it dry before cooking to decrease sodium intake
  5. - put avocado oil in a decently sized pan on low-medium heat for a couple mins until you’re satisfied
  6. - put chicken into pan and move it around
  7. - remove from pan when it’s a little golden brownish (be careful to not overcook it)
  8. - enjoy!!
  9. ps: ik the oil adds a lot sorry but it’s high in protein and the sauce is sweet enough to help w/ cravings
  10. measurement assistance:
  11. - use 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  12. - use 1 tbsp of avocado oil or however much you think is good
  13. - use 1 tsp of baking soda
  14. - 1 cut up chicken breast
