Shared by @sonialovesseals · Makes 1 serving · Main dishes
Ingredients
- 3 1 large leaf Lettuce
- 3 1 portion Tomatoes
- 30 grammes Onions, white, raw
- 100 grammes Brocoli
- 110 grammes Chicken breast, roll, oven-roasted
- 6 olive Olives, pickled, canned or bottled, green
- 60 grammes Pasta, cooked, enriched, with added salt
- 15 grammes Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 10 grammes Italian Style Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- For the omad people who want a complete meal in salad form :
- Lettuce: 2–3 handfuls
- Tomatoes: 2-3 medium sized sliced (you can also go for cherry ones if you enjoy those just like in the picture!)
- Onion: ¼–½ (about half or less of it so it doesn’t get overwhelming)
- Boiled Broccoli: 80–120 g
- Chicken breast: 100–130 g (cooked in the oven)
- Pasta: 60–80 (I go mostly for rotini)
- Olives: 6 of them
- Walnuts: 15g (I just grab 3 of those and crush them)
- Breadcrumbs: 10 g
- Mustard-honey dressing: 1–2 tbsp
- Some options (not included in this recipe):
- -Dried grapes
- -Parmesan
- -Caesar dressing
- -Bacon
- Of course with the variety of the products, you can choose to not include some of these! I used to add a Caesar dressing but I find it just as fine without! I’ve actually got this first in a restaurant and adapted it to fit my standards
