beef tenderloin salpicao w boiled egg & tomato

Ingredients
- 1 heads Garlic, raw
- 500 grams Beef, tenderloin steak, raw
- 2 tsp Olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp OYSTER SAUCE, OYSTER
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2.7 grams Black Fine Ground PEPPER, Black
- 1 eggs Egg
- 40 grams Tomato
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 100 grams mushrooms
Instructions

- 1. slice the beef into small cubes & marinate it in pepper, salt, worchestershire sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar for 30 minutes
- 2. mince 2 heads of garlic and fry them in the olive oil until golden brown & set aside for later
- 3. when you’re done marinating the beef, use the olive oil that you used to fry the garlic to fry the beef. cook in med-high heat until all sides are cooked
- 4. make an extra batch of sauce using the same ingredients for the marinade, and put it in the pan and finally put in the mushroom to simmer for 3-5 mins
- 5. when it’s done simmering, top it off with the garlic
