banana bread (high protein low calorie)

Ingredients
- 3 bananas Bananas, overripe, raw
- 1 3 tbsp egg beaters
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 9 tsp Brown SWEETENER, Brown
- 9 tsp Bakeable Stevia Blend Powdered Sweetener
- 3 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 3 1 serving Protein Powder Drink Mix
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 1/4 tsp MORTON, All-Purpose Natural Sea Salt
- 126 grams Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 10 grams No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate 55% Cocoa Baking Chips, Dark Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
Instructions
- 3 bananas
- 3 tbsp egg beaters
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp brown swerve
- 3 tbsp stevia blend
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tbsp lilys dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp reeses peanut butter chips
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep a loaf pan (9x5 or 8x4) by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- 2. In a medium bowl add bananas and use a fork to mash well.
- 3. Add egg, vanilla, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Stir well.
- 4. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- 5. Add dry ingredients into the wet slowly as you stir. Before the two are incorporated add in melted butter. Stir just until barely combined, do not over mix!!!
- 6. Pour into pan and bake for 30-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- 7. Serve warm or cooled
