Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl w/ Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1 1 serving Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 8 grams Organic Agave Nectar
  • 72 grams Apples, granny smith, with skin, raw
  • 1 grams Cinnamon
  • 70 grams Nonfat Milk
  • 15 grams protein ROLLED OATS Classic
  • 26 grams Frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Yogurt Base -
  2. Start by putting 100g yogurt into your bowl. Mix in 6g of agave syrup (any other sweetener will work, maple syrup would definitely be yummy too!)
  3. Set aside
  4. Apples -
  5. Cut green apple into cubes. I used half of an apple and cut the core out, then cubed that, and got 72g of apple.
  6. Add to a pan with some cinnamon and a bit of water.
  7. Let the apples cook until soft! Add on top of yogurt.
  8. Oatmeal -
  9. Mix oats and milk (or water, I used milk for slightly more protein) in a microwaveable container. Cook for 1:30 or 2:00 minutes. I had a little of my oatmeal spill in the microwave so I subtracted from the total weight. I started with 25g oats and 90g nonfat milk.
  10. Once the oatmeal is done, add to the yogurt.
  11. Add 26g of frozen blueberries to the remaining space on top of the yogurt (I grew up adding them to my apple cinnamon oatmeal so thats why they're in the recipe!!). Optionally drizzle with more agave (I used about 2g)
  12. Enjoy!!
